Claims may be rejected or denied by an insurance payer. If a claim is rejected, our team will be able to contact our clearinghouse on your behalf to find a resolution. If the claim is denied, then we recommend contacting the payer directly.
How long will it take for claims to be approved?
Depending on the payer, claims can take anywhere from 3 days to a few weeks to be processed by the insurance payer.
