Can I schedule appointment reminders for my clients?
Yes, you can. Your clients can opt-in to receive email, text, and/or voice reminders 24, 48, or 72 hours prior to an upcoming appointment. You can even use your EHR system to allow clients to confirm and/or cancel appointments via text reminders.
What notifications do my clients receive?
Your clients can opt-in to receive appointment reminders via email, phone, or text—and these can be customized by you on our Professional Plan. They’ll also receive email notifications for new secure messages, billing statements, and intake paperwork that you share with them. These are always free of charge with SimplePractice.
If my client prefers to use a mobile device, is there an app they can use?
